I stayed in Eberle for two nights in March 2018. It was an absolutely great experience. Here’s my review. Good: breathtaking view, great Alpen-style breakfast with friendly restaurant staffs, free pick-up service from the railway station, fine amenity, astonishing outdoor sauna and whirlpool jacuzzi, cozy solarium. Bad: actually the hotel was flawless except one staff at the reception in the morning. It seems that she doesn’t have a lot of multicultural experience so that her service was not as great as the hotel. I don’t criticise her incomprehensible English, but her manner of speaking to me. I was disappointed for her careless and a bit rude response to my question when I checkout asking me for only a bill. Nevertheless, I want to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Bolzano and also strongly recommend to those who want to experience an authentic South Tyroler holiday.
Very good. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Not too far from the city center. The roads to get to it: very narrow as all others in Bolzano. Parking is free. The view of the mountains is great.
Fantastic family-driven hotel in Bolzano. The staff is amazing, helping us out with anything we needed, especially with our small kids. Playroom available, baby cots, and kids menu made it easy for us!

Lovely hotel with some very nice, scenic views. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff on our arrival and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eberle to the fullest. It is the friendliness, the genuine care and efforts displayed by the staff as well as the extreme state of cleanliness that makes this hotel one of the best in the Bozen area. I would encourage anybody looking for a nice vacation in Bozen to choose Hotel Eberle. Regards from Slovenia.
Nice hotel with view over Bozen. Rooms with no valley view are more quite. Breakfast and service was great. Thank you for the great massage with real physical therapy.
We always stop at this Hotel on our way to Tuscany. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is amazing! We also enjoyed the Sauna. Definitely a good place to stay.
Great place, really nice inside, seems all newly renovated. It is even better outside. You have your restaurant inside but the city center it's like 30 minutes by foot (slowly).
